New record coming in February via True North

It’s happening! Del is in the studio recording a brand new album, which is set to be released in February 2014 through True North Records. We’re very excited about joining the True North family, home to many great Canadian artists including Bruce Cockburn, Gordon Lightfoot, Buffy Sainte-Marie and The Wailin’ Jennys.

Canadian Folk Music Awards nomination

Well, what a fine way to start the weekend; we’ve just received word that Del has been nominated for Solo Artist of the Year at the 2012 Canadian Folk Music Awards.  The CFMA Gala and awards ceremony will be held at the Imperial Theatre in Saint John, NB on Saturday, November 17, 2012.

On the road again

Del will be heading on the road again in less than week. Bring your smiling face, and let’s have a good time. He’ll be hitting Toronto (with Carleton Stone), Sudbury, Elliot Lake, Stirling, Montreal, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Jasper.  Details available here
